Published pricing
The Nova software licence and annual support prices on this website are exclusive of GST. The first year of support is included in the published initial total, not provided free. The amount payable, including any applicable tax, is confirmed by Starfield before a purchase is arranged. This website does not calculate or collect that payment.
How licensing is arranged
Licensing enquiries go to sales@starfieldimaging.com. This website does not take card details, operate a checkout or confirm that a payment succeeded. Licence activation is arranged by Starfield after purchase. Camera hardware is not included, and this website does not offer an installer download.
Annual support and updates
The published support price is an annual amount, alongside the software licence. The final support agreement, renewal, cancellation and refund terms require business and legal approval. This page does not create those terms.
Items requiring owner approval
The Nova end-user licence, licence duration and permitted use, refunds, statutory consumer rights, support scope, service commitments, international sales and tax treatment are not set out here. Starfield must approve the actual terms before they are published as final.
Product information
Hardware-dependent recording features require suitable attached equipment. Camera hardware is not included. Transcription is a workflow aid and must be reviewed for accuracy. Nova is not described as a full electronic medical record or as replacing clinical judgement.
